As you know, we recently had a serious crash of our main server. An event which is both costly in terms of finance and reputation. Your technician was a "gift sent from heaven". He was not only able to get the system up and running in a record time but miraculously was able to recover the full database of pictures. This in itself deserves my thanks and praise. The most gratifying aspect of your support is by way of 'after service'.
